The organizing team of Spark.me, one of the most carefully curated business/Internet conferences in Southeast Europe, which is set for May 29-30, in the seaside resort of Budva, Montenegro, has just announced the new Spark.me 2017 speaker – Rob Fitzpatrick, a tech entrepreneur, and the author of internationally acclaimed book, „The Mom Test“.

Often cited as a must-read book for all entrepreneurs, „The Mom Test“ is a practical guide to customer development and early-stage sales. „The Mom Test“ has been used in some of the top global universities, including University College London, Imperial College London, Harvard, and Oxford, and is used as a key tool at numerous startup accelerators across EU.

As a serial tech entrepreneur, Rob is the founder of a number of bootstrapped and funded companies in the US and UK. He has built products used globally by brands like MTV & Sony. Rob is an alumnus of Y Combinator, a prestigious American startup accelerator, considered „the world’s most powerful start-up incubator“ (Fast Company) and „a spawning ground for emerging tech giants“ (Fortune).

Spark.me organizers have previously announced the first Spark.me 2017 speaker – Sharad Sagar, an Indian social entrepreneur included in the Forbes “30 Under 30” global list (in 2016), and in The Rockefeller Foundation Centennial List of “100 Next Century Innovators”. More speakers will be announced in the weeks to come.

Spark.me tickets are available at the conference official website, at www.spark.me. The full price of the ticket is 300€. However, all interested parties can take advantage of the Reduced Rate ticket sale and get their ticket for just 200€, before April 9.

High school, undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students who are 27 years old or younger can get their ticket for a special price of 50€. Spark.me conference ticket includes: pass for all the conference sessions, workshops, and the start-up competition, buffet lunch on both conference days, all coffee breaks on both conference days, and a cocktail reception on the evening of Day 1 of the conference. A ticket does not include accommodation and transport. All bought tickets can later be transferred to another person (“name change”), but cannot be refunded.
