No doubt that the market of project management applications is overcrowded and offers a huge variety of solutions. Most are general purpose, not focused on one industry, but there is a trend in a growing number of project management apps aiming specific industries. Some offer bug and issue tracking, some help keep track of activities and team members, while others offer desktop and mobile solutions. For free or paid, all up to the user.

Names like Basecamp, considered one of the best project management and collaboration platforms or Podio, an excellent project management tool bought recently by Citrix, are not unknown to the project management market, while just recently we stumbled upon Goodwerp, a new project management solution product developed boldUnderline. llc, a privately-held design firm based in Prishtina, Kosovo that has been serving clients around the world for over four years.

Goodwerp is boldUnderline‘s latest online platform, which coincidentally was built out of necessity. The creators wanted to bring together useful project-management features and combine them together in one cohesive package.

Goodwerp uses the latest technologies and offers a unique interface for the end-user that includes a vast array of options.  From assigning people tasks, sending invoices, engaging in real-time discussions, all the way to a customizable company profiles. It’s all centralized in one easy to use interface. Goodwerp offers a flat monthly plan with the necessary tools to easily manage a small business, all from a single platform. For freelancers – 10 projects / 20$ per month, studios – 20 projects/$30 per month, firm – 50 projects / 50$ per month or Infinite / 70$ per month. Unlimited users, unlimited clients, unlimited invoicing, team chat, stellar support and secure hosting all is included in each package.

Basically the pain that Goodwerp is trying to cure for all small design firms around the world is the dependency on constant third party integration from current apps they’re using, which can easily burn a hole in businesses’ cash-flow.
